Thank you, thank you, thank you Wilson Electronics engineers and customer service. to receive internet into your home - broadband, DSL, fiber and of course cell phone signals. There was a potential issue with getting the product shipped to us before we left that campground near Deadwood and the customer service team clearly understood our situation and helped us out. Use a wireless access point to boost the WiFi signal 3. Kudos for cable lengths! In addition to praising the technical aspects of the product, I also want to call out the customer service. We were able to snake the various cables through our RV so they were mostly hidden. The AT&T Cell Booster is a mini cell tower designed to provide better indoor coverage utilizing your broadband internet. I wish I had given it a try when we were suffering with horrible signal coverage when we were at a somewhat remote campground in MN. We plan to continue testing the product as we travel but it sure seems like I will NOT be returning it. We have since traveled to Cheyenne WY and Central City CO and have had the same amazing experience. We could go anywhere within the RV and get LTE data speeds. Within seconds of installing the booster, the words out of my wife's mouth were "Holy cow!". Given the return policy, it seemed a no risk situation. We decided to try the Drive Reach RV product. There was one seat in the RV that could actually get data service. ![]() You may have to drill a permanent hole in your RV, which some people don’t like. So, for example, it could move one bar to two or three bars. ![]() An RV cell phone booster is for increasing a signal that already exists. If you have zero bars on your phone, you won’t get a signal even with a booster. They also take some time and patience to install. However, just because you have a cell phone booster doesn’t mean you can create a signal out of nothing. If you dont know the signal strength (measured in decibel-milliwatts, or dBm for short), outside your building, start by reading this part of our guide. In these cases, you might wonder if an RV cell booster is worth the money, because they can range in price from 500-900 depending on the size and the strength of the signal. We were in a campground in the hills outside Deadwood SD and getting minimal bars and terribly slow and inconsistent cell data. The cell phone signal booster we recommend for homes and small offices depends on the signal strength outside your building.
